hey there I'm Jaden and welcome to Chelsea CTE High School. Our five-story building is centralized in the city for easy access to everyone. We're a Career and Technical education School with a very diverse student population of about 400 student. Like many of the other students here I am really interested in Chelsea CTS graphic design program so I can build my own game development Studio when I get older. In addition to our general academic classes we also offer college-level courses through advanced placement and college now. If students meet certain criteria they may even receive college credits.The thing about Chelsea CTE that is really special, our certification exams and Technical education programs, successfully completing these courses and exams allows us to get employment in our Major Field as soon as we graduate. Although school can be challenging I know I can rely on my teachers to support me and help me as much as possible. They host wellness Wednesdays to help me de-stress and learn strategies for when I'm feeling overwhelmed.There are after school and Saturday tutoring sessions to provide more assistance with claaswork. Chelsea Staff doesn't just about our academic and emotional well-being they also are invested in encouraging positive peer interactions and a culture of respect they created Chelsea bucks to reward us for all the good they see us do. We can use them at the Chelsea store to buy snacks merch and other things. We also have student-created clubs for anyone who likes video games and Anime or volleyball and candle making. Our lgbtq plus Alliance Club helps us promote awareness and supports that all students here are treated and respected as individuals we also have many sports teams we have bowling and track in the fall basketball and indoor track for winter time and hand ball softball baseball and outdoor track in Spring. As a student of Chelsea City High School if there are sports we're interested in that are not available on campus we can try out for sports teams at a nearby High School some of the sports teams we can try out for a high schools include football soccer badminton volleyball swimming fencing and Tennis. At the end of our freshman year with select a major of idiocy taxes when I work in a basket design I chose to do graphic design is it challenges my creativity and it's going to teach me how to create visual effects for video games sometimes I struggle with learning graphic design but the teachers we have helped break down the material and give us a lot of time to Patches which helps a lot the graphic design certification tests can sometimes be challenging but I always feel good about myself when I do well sometimes I don't do so well and it's a disappointment but my teachers always motivate me to do better equal to offer assistance and are always patient with me with lots of real-world projects such as designing our own yearbook cover to cover and creating magazine covers we found ways to make it fun while studying and applying the skills we learned in class I am offered multiple internship opportunities to a as cool as well as to work with companies outside of school I can choose to enter nor become an apprentice for procedures companies such as Amazon credit use for a sensor next year some of us who work with NYC agencies as is it getting more experience in different areas at school and after school I know all of it will help me get where I'm going when I leave high school and Beyond and when I finally I can look back and remember the great people at Chelsea CT High School will have me guide it's where I am today she'll ccte will always have a special place in my heart has a place I could go at my own pace utilizing my own I'm improving on my weakness is all with the help of amazing teachers and staff sick from the seeds of belief planted to the blossoms of Dreams realized thank you Chelsea CTE Cal City High School we are lying m n evaders orders newsmakers and Scholars hear us Roar
